I'm a connector and a healer at heart. The endeavors I really care to invest most of my time in are the ones that have some kind of social consciousness built in. It's my thing.

On the healer side, I'm an independent Massage Therapist specializing in sports therapy, deep tissue and body mechanics work. I help people repair and rebalance their bodies. CABodyworks.com

On the creative side, I'm an entrepreneur, business catalyst consultant and an independent sales representative for Quattro University, a university designed to help entrepreneurs build wealth and balance.

As a connector, I enjoy bringing people together and helping them achieve their dreams. I believe giving freely of ourselves is the only way to live.
